Event Times

Events are scheduled for up to four hours. Although times can be flexible, during our high season the normal schedule is as follows:

Noon to 5:00 p.m.

7:00 p.m. to Midnight

Deposits, Payments & Fees
All deposits & payments are non-refundable and are deducted from the final bill.
A minimum deposit is required to book an event. A 2nd deposit of 25% of the estimated final bill is due 9 months prior to event date and a 3rd deposit of 25% is due 3 months prior to the event.
Final Payment is due one week before event.

Room rental prices vary by room, date, and time of your event. Contact our Director, Special Events at 781-383-0900 for more information.
The Atlantica Room (Saturdays 12:00-5:00)

The Sail room (up to 50 guests)
The Point Room (up to 30 Guests)
The Yacht Landing (up to 80 guests)
The Entire Restaurant (up to 600 Guests)

Fee includes: Room Set-up and Breakdown, Table Linens, Private Room for Four Hours, Fine China, Glassware, Flatware, and Professional Event Coordinator

Wedding Ceremonies

Atlantica will be happy to host your ceremony. The minimum charge may vary depending on your needs. This charge is based on a five hour time frame for the ceremony and reception

Bartender Fee

A set-up fee is charged for each bar that is set up for your event.
Cocktail service is available in the smaller rooms where no bar can be set-up.

7% State + Local taxes will be added to all food and beverage.

Guest Count

Please notify Atlantica of your final guest count at least seven days prior to the date of your event.
The count given will be considered your guarantee, and this will be the minimum charged even if attendance is less.
